Renee | Principal Designer/Owner

Welcome to our Design Studio. My goal is to help you relax while we come up with solutions together for the spaces you want to love. My experience designing incorporates a multitude of styles and inspirations from living in seven U.S. states and in Italy, Germany, and Switzerland. I strive to design gorgeous spaces that can be enjoyed for many years to come. Whether you like surrounding yourself with time-honored traditional design, or modern cutting-edge couture, it’s my ultimate goal to design spaces that reflect your taste and your lifestyle. Project Management skills from my Georgetown University MBA enable a smooth process environment. Projects are meticulously planned from start to finish in order to make your home all that it can be. Every project presents its own unique set of circumstances. Together we will tour your home and discuss your design ideas and challenges. Ideas begin to form into a look you wish to achieve in the space you choose to decorate.

Outside the Studio I love to spend time with my family, going mountain hiking, exploring historical sites (it helps me bring old and new together in design), attending Design Shows, and researching new interior technology and eco-friendly solutions for homes.

Studio Rose – Decorating Den Interiors proudly serves Southeastern Connecticut. Renee also decorates in outside locations upon availability and request (send her a message in the contact form to connect about projects).

Lourdes | Interior Designer

Greetings! My name is Lourdes Pincus. Thank you for stopping by and viewing my Biography. My specialty is in Design, Décor, Staging and organizing. My main focus is to help my clients bring their vision to life. If your style is contemporary, traditional, modern, transitional, minimalist, it’s completely your choice. Together we will create your dream space.​

A few of my projects range from designing and organizing a professional office space to designing a kitchen while keeping original space. Selecting the perfect color choices for the outside of a home to the old world doorbell choice selection!

During my down time while not designing, I enjoy going on long walks with my beautiful Golden Retriever, Ollie and spending quality time with my family.

Tiffany | Interior Designer

Tiffany is passionate about creating spaces that align with your purpose and tells your story. Born into a family of builders, Tiffany understands the importance of good design and the attention it requires. Receiving her degree from New York School of Interior Design, she has been honing her skills in both commercial and residential spaces for nearly a decade. Tiffany is dedicated to understanding her client’s
vision for their home or business and works to build strong relationships during the creative process. With her fresh approach to timeless design and an eye for detailing, Tiffany creates a unique style that is personal, comfortable, and beautiful.

When Tiffany is not working, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband Jonathan, and their English Bulldog, Moses.

Brittany | Interior Designer

Brittany was born with a passion for creating spaces that make people feel comfortable and at home.
Growing up, she would constantly rearrange her bedroom and decorate it to fit her evolving style. As she got older her love for design only grew stronger.

After completing her Bachelor of Arts, Brittany decided to pursue her passion for interior design by enrolling in the New York Institute of Art & Design. There, she honed her skills and learned the technical aspects of design, ensuring that every detail was perfect.

Brittany’s passion for design led her to become a new home builder herself. She knew firsthand the importance of creating a space that fit her clients’ needs and personal style, while still paying attention to every last detail. Brittany wants to be a part of her clients’ creative journey and help them achieve their dream home.

When she is not designing, Brittany likes to spend time with her husband and cats. You will also find her exercising and diving into books.
